Step-by-Step Protocol for Installing Organoid Tracker

Installation: 

1. Go to the following link: https://github.com/jvzonlab/OrganoidTracker/blob/master/manuals/INSTALLATION.md

2. Install Organoid tracker from conda: 

• Download “organoid tracker zip” file from GitHub 

• Open a terminal or command prompt and navigate to the folder containing the downloaded ZIP:

         cd "path/to/OrganoidTracker"

• Create the conda environment

conda env create -f environment-exact-win64.yml

• Activate the environment

conda activate organoid_tracker

• Test that OrganoidTracker is working: 

python organoid_tracker.py
