BIOP-desktop Usage

Step-by-Step Protocol for Using BIOP-desktop

1. Load Images: 

• Create a folder in JupyterLab and upload your images files into it.

2. Launch Analysis Software: 

• From the BIOP desktop, open the desired application:

-ImageJ

-CellProfiler

-SAMAPI

-DevBio-Napari

-ABBA

-Jupyter

-QuPath

-Ilastik

-Empanada

• Use the software that best fits your image analysis workflow. 

3. Save Results:

• Save your results in a folder on your local computer to ensure they are not lost when the Docker container is closed.
